RETURN POLICY
Our refund policy is 30 Days. Unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange after this period. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Body Armor: Due to the nature of this product, All Sales are Final. Warranty/MFG Defects excluded. LE/MIL only shipments to CT.
REFUNDS
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed immediately, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 3-5 business days depending on your financial institution.
For orders that will not be processed due to customers not fully reading and understanding our policies, or an item being discontinued without warning from the manufacturer, refunds will be placed within 48 hours. This may result in your account only showing a pending status for your order, then the charge disappearing. For policy violations, if your card transaction was already completed, you will receive an official USPS money order for the exact amount of the transaction. With any questions regarding refund status, check your account first and with your financial institution. If you still have questions, contact us through the website form and we will be happy to help you get your issue resolved quickly.
SHIPPING
Our products are shipped within 1-3 Days (processing) with no more than 3-5 day shipping applied using the following carriers: USPS FedEx, and UPS. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. If you are shipping an item over $50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We can’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
For orders processed with OPS (Ur-Tactical) products, know that our stock is limited and more likely than not, your items will be drop-shipped from their facility in HK. Orders from OPS that do not meet a $100 minimum order will not be processed. Additionally, customers agree to pay the difference in shipping costs for overseas shipping on drop-ship orders from UR-Tactical as our postage calculator is only set for domestic orders shipping from the lower 48 states to the lower 48 states.
Body Armor: Please allow 4-5 Weeks for shipment.
The easiest way to ensure you get your items on time for an event, deployment, rotation, or mission is to ensure that you order ahead of time. Lead times for agencies are always discussed up front. Very common trends we've seen with individuals are that they fail to read these policies thoroughly, and wait until the last minute to order their gear. We will always do what we can to support you and live up to the "MISSION FIRST" motto, however you have to help us help you by applying common sense to the ordering process.

PLEASE NOTE THAT BY PLACING AN ORDER YOU AGREE TO COMPLY WITH ALL LOCAL, STATE, AND FEDERAL LAWS REGARDING BODY ARMOR.**United States law restricts possession of body armor for convicted felons. Many U.S. states also have penalties for possession or use of body armor by felons. We are also unable to ship any body armor plates, shields, etc. to the state of Connecticut. By purchasing body armor from us, you are certifying that you have not been convicted of any crime that would restrict you from being able to purchase or possess body armor under any federal or state laws. Furthermore, you are acknowledging that you do not intend to use the body armor for any criminal purpose. No international sales. We reserve the right to refuse to sell body armor to any person.
